Christmas Letter

Weather-wise we've been pretty lucky this year considering the mayhem that's been going on in the rest of the country.  All we've had is some minor flooding.

We did a grand tour of old country cemeteries in the spring.  Trish's ancestors have been in the midwest for quite a while and quite a few are buried in the Jefferson City, MO area.  We spent a few days exploring every nook and cranny to find old country grave yards.  Thank God for GPS!  Some of those cemeteries were stuck so far out in the fringes of nowhere that we never would have found them otherwise.  Weather was beautiful, spring was springing, it was a very pretty trip.

Trish did a couple of grand tours again.  She went to Hawaii with her niece and children.  She did her yearly jaunt with Jami and they went back to Hermann, MO.  Evidently they missed a few bottles of wine the first time ;-)  As usual, yours truly got to stay home and babysit the cat and the chickens.  Good trade?

So -- it's been a pretty normal SOSO year:  Trish continues as docent at the Tallgrass Prairie, we're still to be found round about picking and sometimes even grinning, we both take care of our mothers, etc.

We hope you all are doing well.  We wish you a Merry Christmas, a joyous Holiday Season, and all the best for the coming year.

Please  sign our guestbook before you leave.  Thanks!
